Texas-IP Litigation Associate

Winston Taylor is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and highly qualified mid-level litigation associate to join its intellectual property practice. Candidate should have three to five years of experience as a seasoned patent litigator with extensive experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus but not required. While Dallas is the preferred location for this position, we will consider candidates within our other office locations. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
