The ideal candidate for an Associate Director position should have a solid background in data analytics, including experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, and data modeling. They should also have experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, managing-up to create data-driven solutions. Solid communication and storytelling are a must for this role.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, explain, and execute analytical strategies to support organizational goals, identifying opportunities to improve operations and strategically grow our portfolio
  • Identifying trends and patterns in the data to provide insights that can inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders and departments (finance, operations, clinical, capabilities, etc.) to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions while communicating findings and recommendations to influence outcomes
  • Managing multiple analytical engagements across different audiences, meeting tight timelines as we put speed and scale at the forefront
  • Possess both sharpened technical and interpersonal skills with emphasis on; quick learner, curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to influence large audiences
  • Staying up to date with the latest data analytics techniques and tools and recommending new approaches as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of progressive growth with at least 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Expertise in analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Snowflake), solid understanding of data modeling, and familiarity of database management systems and data warehousing
  • In-depth understanding of business strategy and operational metrics with the ability to link data insights to strategic objectives and provide actionable recommendations
  • Proven solid analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex business problems
  • Proven excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience understanding patient flow through the healthcare system
  • Analytic experience in value-based care (VBC) performance, high value specialty network development
  • Analytic experience in optimizing and supporting referral management strategy

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
