Please note that this position is based in San Diego, CA or Princeton, NJ. Acadia's hybrid model requires this role to work in our office three days per week on average.

Position Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering fullcycle recruiting support for assigned roles across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the recruiting process from intake through offer and close.

Operating as a strong executionfocused and consultative partner, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner proactively identifies and engages top talent, ensures a positive candidate experience, and supports hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities, company values, and compliance standards.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Manage all aspects of fullcycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and close, while maintaining a focus on speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities, developing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent, including both active and passive candidates, for functional areas supported.
  • Effectively negotiate offers in alignment with established processes and partner closely with People Business Partners and Compensation as needed.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within Greenhouse ATS.
  • Leverage recruiting tools and resources, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking, to identify and engage talent.
  • Promote diverse candidate slates and partner with hiring managers to support inclusive hiring practices while ensuring compliance with EEO and AAP requirements.
  • Serve as a professional ambassador of company values and culture in all candidate, vendor, and external interactions.
  • Continuously apply recruiting best practices and seek opportunities to improve processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


Education/Experience/Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related. An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive responsibility in full life cycle staffing/recruitment. Life Science recruiting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence with full lifecycle recruiting for pharmaceutical roles.
  • Strong consultative approach with ability to demonstrate positive relationship building with various stakeholders (Candidates, Hiring Managers, People Business Partners, Executive Leadership, Vendors, etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, and experience handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and compliance with HR recruiting processes and practices.
  • Proven mastery of technical tools and exceptional record keeping practices.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS highly preferred.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter required; experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights and other sourcing and talent market tools highly preferred.



This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment. The employee may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain visual, verbal, and auditory communication both in a standard office environment and while working independently from remote locations. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. This position requires the ability to travel independently overnight and/or work after hours as required by travel schedule or business needs.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.

Salary Range
$105,000 $130,700 USD
