Location: On-Site; Must reside within commuting area

Schedule: All positions are full-time. Some roles may require shift work and non-standard hours including nights and weekends.

• Network Engineer (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba)
• Senior Software Engineer (Video Workflows)
• Enterprise Architect (Microsoft and Cisco Telephony Platforms)
• Microsoft Telephony Engineer (E911)
• Cybersecurity Expert (Microsoft and Cisco Telephony Platforms)
• Linux System Administrator
• Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist
• Network Monitor
• System Support Specialist
• System Administrator (Atlassian/Jira)
• Security Engineer (Fortinet)

Requirements for all roles include:

• U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
• Eligibility to obtain government security access
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to support full on-site schedule
• Ability to support 4x10 shift work in a 24x7x365 environment required for some roles

Technical Experience varies by role and may include:

• Cisco expertise in one or more of these areas:

  • Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA)
  • Cisco DNA Center - Cisco Catalyst Center
  • Cisco Secure Access Control System (ACS) and experience with TACAC+ and RADIUS
  • Cisco Telephony/Cisco Jabber
  • Cisco Secure Network Analytics Network (Stealthwatch)
  • Cisco Telephony Platform
  • Cisco Routers and Switches
  
  
  
  
• Firewall Experience in one or more of these areas:
  
  
  
  • Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA)
  • Fortinet
  • Pulse Security Appliance (PSA)
  
  
  
  
• Red Hat expertise in one or more of these areas:
  
  
  
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  • Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
  • Red Hat Satellite
  
  
  
  
• Linux/Unix OS
• VMWare ESXi hypervisors
• Scripting with Perl, Bash, Python, etc.
• TCP/IP and network protocols such as DNS, SMTP, SNMP, ICMP, SSH, RADIUS, LDAP
• Network monitoring tools such as NNMi, Spectrum, MRTG, CACTI
• Commercial carrier experience with secure voice, video and data solutions
• Transmission principles such as T1, T3, DS-3 and transmission rates such as OC-3/48
• Serial interface standards such as RS232, V.35, RS 449

Preferred Qualifications may include:

• Current U.S. government security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Current industry recognized certification(s) such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA
