Impact You'll Make

As a full-time Vice President within our growing Transaction Advisory practice, this role makes a direct impact on high-stakes transaction outcomes. By leading buy-side and sell-side financial accounting due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients, the Vice President provides critical insights that shape investment decisions and negotiation strategies. Through rigorous quality of earnings assessments, in-depth working capital analysis, and evaluation of key commitments and contingencies, this leader uncovers risks and opportunities that drive value. Partnering closely with management teams and their advisors, the role delivers clarity, confidence, and actionable intelligence at every stage of the transaction lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Supervising analysts and associates to ensure efficient project execution
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, effectively managing multiple projects and administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Identify key risks and potential deal breakers during due diligence process
  • Analyze detailed financial statement information including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and operational data
  • Synthesize data and information into meaningful observations and conclusions
  • Produce comprehensive due diligence report to organize and communicate our findings
  • Lead due diligence calls and meetings with client and target company management
  • Review audit workpapers to understand critical accounting policies and procedures
  • Provide insights to purchase agreement and other deal documents
  • Actively involved in business development including client pursuits and proposals
  • Participate in the hiring and training of analysts and associates

What You Bring

  • Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related major
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence (with at least 1 years in due diligence). Big Four experience preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
