Own and evolve the enterprise identity platform that secures a global digital supply chain. As a Sr Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in IAM, you'll lead the design, engineering, and governance of identity services-protecting critical systems, enabling Zero Trust, and ensuring secure access at scale across cloud, onprem, and partner environments.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the technical owner for enterprise IAM platforms, with deep handson responsibility for identity lifecycle, access governance, and authorization controls.
  • Engineer and operate SailPoint IdentityIQ, including workflows, lifecycle events, access certifications, SoD controls, and complex integrations.
  • Design and enforce leastprivilege and Zero Trust identity patterns, including RBAC/ABAC, access reviews, and privileged access controls.
  • Lead SailPoint IIQ operations including, provisioning, certifications, policy enforcement, and incident/problem resolution while maintaining governance through SOPs, runbooks, and engineering standards.
  • Lead identity integrations across directories, HR systems, cloud platforms, applications, and partner ecosystems.
  • Drive platform resilience, upgrades, migrations, and automation while maintaining auditready operations.
  • Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to reduce access risk and improve identity maturity.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical field required.
  • 6+ years of IAM experience, including 5+ years of deep SailPoint IdentityIQ engineering and platform ownership.
  • Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, SoD, and compliance workflows.
  • Handson development skills with Java/Beanshell, APIs, XML, SQL, and automation.
  • Experience integrating IAM with Active Directory, Azure AD, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, Zero Trust identity, and audit requirements (SOX, NIST, PCI).
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence crossfunctional teams.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
