Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Arden Hills, MA

Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Duration: 3/2/2026 - 3/1/2027 (Possible Extension or Contract-to-Hire)

We are seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer to support materials qualification, supplier quality, and supply chain engineering initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment. This onsite role is ideal for engineers with 2-4 years of experience who are ready to take on project ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

This intermediate-level position evaluates and applies standard engineering techniques to improve supplier processes, resolve material issues, and support manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Participate in large-scale projects or lead smaller engineering initiatives under senior guidance.
  • Execute material qualification activities (AA/FA), NCEP/CAPA investigations, and required PDM processes.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering tasks within moderate-scope projects.
  • Interface with suppliers and commodity teams to investigate material defects and supply constraints.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defective components using statistical tools, including Minitab.
  • Support complaint investigations and corrective actions related to supplied materials.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain strict compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards.



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2-4 years of experience, or Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Minitab (required).
  • Strong written, technical, and PowerPoint communication skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, materials engineering, or supplier quality preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
