As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents through strong presence and clear communication. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and provide customer-focused assistance to employees and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or unauthorized persons per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, check identification, and/or verify visitor and delivery credentials, including maintaining visitor logs and communicating access issues to site leadership.
• Complete detailed patrol, incident, and shift activity reports using approved reporting tools, and promptly escalate issues to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
