As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol Day Shifts in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, clergy and/or volunteers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of galleries, worship spaces, offices, courtyards and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.
• Monitor access control points, check authorized credentials, manage visitor flow during services, tours and/or special events, and document unusual activity per post orders.
• Complete required reports such as incident reports, patrol logs and shift handoff notes, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
