About This Role
Togetherwork is seeking aProject Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across our software portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who brings strong delivery discipline, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to balance technical and business priorities. Project Managers at Togetherwork are accountable for driving projects from planning through completion while ensuring alignment, transparency, and high-quality outcomes. You will play a critical role in coordinating teams, managing risk, and ensuring projects deliver measurable value to both customers and the business.
What You'll Do
Project Leadership & Delivery
Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from kickoff through completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined scope and quality standards.
Manage multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining delivery rigor and focus.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, and drive mitigation plans.
Cross-Functional Execution
Partner with technical and business teams to align priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing.
Drive execution through direct leadership, coordination, and escalation when necessary.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong working relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and accountability.
Support customers in identifying opportunities for business process improvement using Togetherwork solutions.
Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Reporting, Risk & Change Management
Track project progress and provide accurate, timely reporting on milestones, risks, and exceptions.
Manage change requests and support structured change management processes.
Ensure issues are addressed quickly and effectively to minimize delivery impact.
Delivery Standards & Continuous Improvement
Execute projects using established tools, systems, and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to consistent, repeatable delivery practices across the organization.
Maintain a strong focus on delivery quality, customer value, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Experience
3-5 years of experience managing projects involving both technical and business deliverables.
Proven success delivering complex initiatives with accountability for timelines and budgets.
Experience working in software, technology-enabled, or SaaS-driven environments.
Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating shared resources.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases.
Solid grasp of information technology concepts and delivery processes.
Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Windows, Office, and Project.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus.
Education & Credentials
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or similar) preferred.
