As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a residential high-rise location, you will monitor and patrol common areas and exterior spaces, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to resident concerns with calm, professional communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, then communicate concerns to onsite contacts and/or dispatch as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing direction to residents and coordinating with emergency responders when requested.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and observations, and maintain accurate logs in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
