ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
1.Meet and strive to exceed assigned sales quota through direct sales of Streck products and services by completing the entire sales cycle with direct customer visits to develop and cultivate strong customer relationships.
2.Develop, plan, and execute territory sales plans to drive increased sales for new and existing accounts within territory based on a thorough review and analysis of sales tactical plans for assigned products within the business segment.
3.Build, develop, and strengthen knowledge on Streck products and services to confidently promote and sell to stakeholders with the ability to articulate the technical differentiators and value propositions of our products.
4.Understand industry and market trends, including competitor analysis and changing regulatory environments.
5.Identify and support customer needs to drive sales and revenue growth by articulating the value of Streck products.
6.Build long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, conversion, and retention.
7.Maintain, enhance, and evolve relationships with partners to ensure their customer's understanding of the value, strength, and commitment that Streck will provide.
8.Attend trade shows, conferences, customer events, and organize territory sales events to promote Streck products through increased visibility to generate new leads.
9.Prepare territory reports from the CRM tools and metrics. Maintain real-time updates to CRM to reflect new opportunities and forecasting accuracy within territory.
10.Utilize technology tools, data, and research from internal and external resources to research and learn potential customers, understand industry needs and opportunities, evaluate and understand voice-of-customer, and other insights to ensure strong awareness to enhance sales strategies, campaigns, and territory initiatives.
11.Collaborate and work with internal partners to manage customer accounts and relationships by initiating and increasing customer connections, and ensuring prompt feedback, resolution, and satisfaction.
12.Collaborate with internal customer account management team to complete targeted campaigns for customer retention, special promotions, pricing campaigns, or other special activities as developed for sales goal attainment.
13.Cooperate and ensure alignment with other Regional Account Executives and Sales teams throughout business segments to drive growth and market attainment to meet organizational strategic goals.
14.Complete other job duties as assigned by leadership.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or related field.
*Three years of professional sales experience in a fast-paced industry or environment or previous successful account management experience related to healthcare or science related products or services. Clinical laboratory, diagnostics, and molecular experience are a plus
*Previous work experience must include demonstrated experience in building territory through strong performance, evolving and maintaining strong customer relationships, collecting new sales accounts, teaching customers about company's products meeting needs, and achieving established sales quotes.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
*Knowledge of general clinical laboratory operations and procedures with the applicable knowledge of how Streck's products perform in the laboratory environment.
*Sales hunting initiative coupled with entrepreneurial spirit along with being a self-starter to find new ways to grow territory or alternatives to meet company's strategic goals.
*Confidence in leading and controlling sales conversations, guiding decision makers through the buying journey, and professional addressing objections with data and facts.
*Experience in building credibility with customers by leveraging strong industry knowledge and insight to lead and drive value-driven dialogue, negotiate sales close, and understanding customer needs.
*Ability and skill with technology tools to accelerate growth with proficiency in Microsoft 365, business intelligence and social media tools, and research gather tools and platforms.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT/TRAVEL DEMANDS:
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in a typical office or administrative work). Travel demands for this position are estimated up to >40%. If travel is required, this travel may include customer visits, events/trade shows, and completion of presentations primarily throughout Domestic US or International regions. Employees must comply with all travel recommendations regarding "safe travel" according to company policies and guidelines, and all federal, state, local, and international orders.

**PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
Sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 0 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 0 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
