* We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst who can collaborate with product management and engineering to clarify requirements, reduce ambiguity, and drive stories from concept through readyfordevelopment and testable acceptance-with a high bar for clarity, traceability, and responsible AI. Description Description of job duties: Lead AIfirst delivery with a team pioneering new ways of working-operationalizing AI across the SDLC to move faster with confidence. Shape the backlog. Convert epics and strategy into backlogready user stories with clear, verifiable acceptance criteria, nonfunctional requirements, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. AgentAssisted Delivery MCP: Utilize MCP tools/resources to Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Figma, and domain docs to supercharge story creation and refinement. Rovo: Utilize Rovo workflows to help standardize refinement, keep docs live, and hand off work across Jira Confluence GitHub/Figma. Assistants: Use AI assistants to draft requirements and user stories, surface edge cases, and boost code/context understanding. Map complex systems. Understand and document API endpoints, payloads, error semantics, and retries; call out data contracts, dependencies, and integration risks. Build sidebyside with engineering. Translate stories into buildable tasks, agree on the bestfit requirements format as we learn, and iterate in short cycles with checkpoints for fast validation. Partner on quality. Codesign test cases with QA and ensure traceability from acceptance criteria to tests; support UAT and defect triage with crisp, evidencebased analysis. Drive clarity & alignment. Facilitate refinement, document assumptions and decisions, manage change impacts, and keep Confluence current with linked artifacts across tools. Measure improvement. Track cycletime, rework, story readiness, ACtest traceability. Experience required: Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field and 4-8+ years of directly related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
