Description The Customer Experience Associate (CEA) is responsible for delivering a worldclass customer experience by responding to inquiries quickly and accurately across phone, email, and internal systems. Key Responsibilities * Handle 25-50+ inbound calls and 50-100+ emails daily. * Address customer questions on shipping, product availability, and pricing. * Research issues and use internal systems to provide accurate solutions. * Create and manage customer service cases. * Collaborate across functional teams to resolve customer needs. * Manage orders and provide transparency throughout the fulfillment process. * Support exception management and proactively offer solutions. * Communicate with both internal and external customers to ensure a frictionless experience. * Reports to the Supervisor of Customer Experience. The company provides extensive training to prepare team members for success. Required Skills & Qualifications * 2+ years of customer service experience in a productbased environment with KPIs (no scripted callcenter backgrounds). * Experience with order entry in an ERP. * Proficiency in Outlook and Word; strong general computer skills. * Heavy email communication experience. * High school diploma. Preferred Qualifications * Claims/orderclaims processing experience. * CRM experience, especially Microsoft Dynamics. * Highvolume inbound call experience (50+). * Microsoft Excel skills.
