Description Role Overview The Administrative Care Team Representative supports highvolume inbound and outbound customer interactions and plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while ensuring efficient daily operations. This position involves handling customer inquiries, performing administrative tasks, and supporting data and order entry in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customerfocused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day. Key Responsibilities * Handle highvolume inbound phone calls and assist existing customers with questions related to services, payments, estimates, and general account needs. * Respond to billing inquiries and process credit and debit card payments accurately. * Complete order entry, data entry, scheduling, and related administrative tasks with strong attention to detail. * Send and respond to emails, manage invoicing, and maintain accurate and uptodate customer records. * Conduct outbound followup calls as required. * Support daily office operations and perform routine administrative and clerical duties. Call Volume Expectations * Highdemand periods may involve significant call volume across the team. * Individual representatives can expect to manage a steady daily call workload. * Peak operational periods may occur seasonally. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deer Park, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
