Contract-to-Hire * 6month contract to hire opportunity * Converts to a permanent position with full benefits Work Location Downtown Detroit Griswold St, Detroit, MI 48226 (Beautiful workspace with incredible architectural views) Role Overview The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting Detroit residents through both phone-based and inperson interactions. You will: * Handle 50-100 inbound calls per day from customers seeking information on available properties * Assist walkin visitors face to face with applications, property details, and program information * Provide guidance on navigating the website and online property portal * Transfer calls to internal departments as needed (very minimal outbound calling) * Support faithbased organizations and nonprofits seeking to join community partnership programs * Learn and communicate program details clearly and professionally This is ideal for someone who enjoys a fastpaced environment, thrives in helping others, and communicates with confidence.
