As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication. You will deliver welcoming customer service while documenting activity and supporting store teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, stock areas, entrances and exits, and exterior perimeter to help to deter theft and/or other unwanted activity.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, potential policy violations, and loss prevention concerns, and report observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete required logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate status updates to management and/or dispatch per site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
