Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to questions and concerns with strong customer service, and document observations using site technology. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate promptly with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points by checking identification, managing visitor and contractor entry, and documenting deliveries and departures according to site requirements.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and assist with initial information gathering for investigations when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
