As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol - Day Shifts in Tucson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support a positive experience for employees and visitors through clear communication, helpful customer service, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, vendor, and employee entry processes as directed by site policy, including directing traffic and/or maintaining orderly movement through controlled areas.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site contacts, and support security-related audits, inspections, and/or investigations as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Having a guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
