Description We are seeking a seasoned Product Analyst to join our Salesforce CRM team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile practices, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM workflows and deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for CRM workflows. - Write clear and concise user stories that effectively communicate the business requirements to the engineering and QA teams. - Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement sessions, and daily stand-ups. - Support testing and quality assurance efforts in collaboration with development and QA teams. - Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and translate them into product features. - Work on projects related to customer preference management and integration with loan origination systems. Direct experience in building and managing workflows within the Salesforce CRM platform. This includes understanding how to set up processes that align with CRM functionalities. 2. Familiarity with key CRM concepts and objects such as opportunities, leads, person accounts, and customer records. 3. The ability to create and articulate user stories that are specific to Salesforce functionalities, reflecting the needs of business stakeholders and users. 4. Experience working with QA teams to support the testing of Salesforce workflows and features, ensuring that they meet business requirements and function as intended.
