As a pivotal member of our Product Development team, you will be at the heart of bringing exciting new concepts from vision to reality. Your expertise will directly influence the creation of innovative products, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive development cycles, collaborate with diverse partners, and see your contributions manifest in tangible, beloved items that reach a wide audience.

You will play a critical role in coordinating the development of prototype products, ensuring a smooth process from conception to delivery. Your meticulous coordination and proactive communication will be essential in accelerating product time-to-market and maintaining the brand's reputation for quality and innovation. This role offers significant opportunities for collaboration, allowing you to build strong relationships with design, production, technical, merchandising teams, and external partners. You'll be instrumental in streamlining processes and contributing to the successful launch of new product lines.

**What You'll Do:**

* Coordinate the development of prototype products, ensuring alignment with design specifications and brand standards.

* Monitor the overall product development process for specific product lines, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for development details with external vendor partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships.

* Create and maintain essential documentation, including seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, to facilitate clear communication.

* Manage the workflow of weekly updates, leveraging composite sheets as a critical communication tool across internal teams (production, technical, merchandising) and external vendors.

* Track development timelines rigorously to ensure all stages are executed within established timeframes and deadlines.

* Communicate intricate design development details effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in product design and/or development.

* Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

* Strong background and understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
