Adobe Express Developer Our established Financial client and their In-house agency is scaling rapidly and needs a junior contractor
to design and implement a robust template and design system for their in-house creative
agency. This role will support the build of scalable, Adobe Express workflows, which will
enable creative automation, building the foundation for self-service, and work within a
small team to meet agency growth targets. An Adobe Express Developer builds add-ons, integrations, and custom tools that extend the functionality of the Adobe Express platform, focusing on enhancing user workflows with AI, automation, and third-party services. This developer will utilize web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with the Adobe Express Embed SDK, to integrate editing features into other platforms or create specialized tools within the Adobe ecosystem. Candidates with experience working with Generative AI are highly desired. Position Overview:
They are seeking an entry level Adobe Express Template Developer and Designer to
support the creation of high quality, brand compliant digital templates for enterprise
marketing and communications. This role focuses on building reusable templates in
Adobe Express that help internal teams produce content quickly, accurately, and
consistently. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow
within a structured corporate creative workflow. This is a hands-on production design role centered on execution, brand adherence, and
scalability, not conceptual brand strategy. You will collaborate with creative operations,
brand governance, and enablement teams to ensure that templates are intuitive,
properly documented, and aligned to approved standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop reusable Adobe Express templates that meet visual and brand standards
- Translate brand guidelines and creative direction into editable template structures
- Optimize templates for ease of use by non-design stakeholders
- Support testing, feedback collection, and iterative refinements with creative
operations
- Maintain organization and version accuracy of active templates
- Contribute to usage documentation and onboarding materials
- Monitor template usage signals and recommend usability improvements
Qualifications Required:
- Foundational experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Adobe
Express or Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and design systems
- Basic understanding of hierarchy, typography, spacing, and visual consistency
- Ability to work within structured workflows and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication and comfort collaborating across
functions
- Strong organization and follow through
Preferred, not required:
- Familiarity with digital content production workflows or brand management
environments
- Awareness of template-based production practices or design systems
- Exposure to enterprise brand guidelines or global marketing teams
