This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.
Position Summary:
The Talent Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization's talent management initiatives and maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for talent acquisition. This role ensures accurate data management, reporting, and system optimization while assisting with programs related to talent acquisition, onboarding cycle, compensation analysis, performance management, learning and development pathways, succession planning, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
The starting salary for this position ranges from $30.00 to $37.00/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
Position Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates, initial screening for key roles,andleveragingAI talent acquisition tools in the HRIS system,assessing thecandidateand working with the hiring manager plus interviewing in a panel forkeycandidates.
- Coordinateanexceptionalcandidate experience throughout the hiring process and manage job postingswith hiring managers.
- Assistwith drivinginitiativeswhichenhance Eskaton's employer brand and value proposition, such asmaintaininga strong social media presence and conducting benchmarking efforts for talent acquisition.
- Continuously improve the onboarding and talent acquisition process cycle for all levels of employees within the organization.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback cycles.
- Coordinate compensation data for all new jobs and those needing midyear analysis upon request by senior leaders with the Manager, Talent Management.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with Payroll to ensure that data which is input into UKG isaccurateandaudited.
- Generate and analyze HR reports for leadership, including headcount, turnover, and talent acquisition metrics.
- Ensure HRIS and talent management processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with Performance Management and Learning Management systems preferred.
- Experience with Project Management is a plus.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Experience:
- 2-4 years in Talent Acquisition and recruitment with ability to work within full cycle recruitment practices
- 1-2 years of experience in HRIS administration with focus on talent management processes
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
