As a Trex Insurance & Risk manager, you will be responsible for the procurement, administration, and strategic oversight of the company's insurance programs. The role serves as a partner to various business units to proactively identify and mitigate risk. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of insurance and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Success in this role requires the ability to lead without direct authority and drive alignment on risk-related priorities through sound judgment and collaboration. The Risk & Insurance Manager will report to VP, Corporate Controller & Treasury with the Finance department. RESPONSIBILITIES
