Location: Remote within the contiguous United States. Please note, that the job duties and responsibilities of this role are unable to be performed in the following states, California and Washington state at this time. Hiring Range: This position's hiring range is anticipated to be $ 16.50 per hour to $18 per hour, depending on experience. This is a Temporary, Part-time role that is expected to have a term of 3 months. The schedule is expected to be 25 hours/week (M-F). Position Summary: The Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's culture and initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Reporting to the Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion Director, this position is responsible for implementing CDI initiatives that align with the organization's mission and values. The coordinator will also take on administrative and coordination responsibilities to ensure the smooth execution of these programs. Additionally, the coordinator will enhance organizational awareness, provide and support CDI training, and utilize data-driven insights to track progress and measure impact.
