Worthington Enterprises is hiring Manufacturing Technicians and Production Associates to support safety-critical, pressurized cylinder manufacturing on rotating 12-hour shifts. This role is ideal for individuals with prior production or industrial experience who value safety, quality, and long-term stability. Shift Options
- 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Days) or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Nights)
- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work 3-4 days per week)
- Only 15 working days per month

What You'll Do Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment in a regulated, safety-focused environment to ensure pressurized cylinders meet quality, safety, and performance standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Operate assigned production equipment (assembly lines, presses, weld cells, paint lines, or testing stations) following standard work procedures
- Perform in-process quality checks and identify defects or process issues
- Troubleshoot basic equipment or process problems and escalate when needed
- Safely handle materials and finished products; operate forklifts or cranes when certified
- Accurately complete required documentation and labeling
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow detailed procedures
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
- Experience in regulated, safety-critical, or high-quality manufacturing environments
- Experience operating industrial equipment or automated production lines
- Forklift and/or overhead crane experience a plus
