Hourly Pay Range:

$28.47 - $42.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Executive Assistant II
  • Location: Evanston, IL.
  • Full Time: Full-Time; 40 hours per week
  • Hours: Monday-Friday
  • Required Travel: Travel to other Endeavor Health sites based on department needs

What you will do:

  • Serve as a trusted right hand to the System Chief Clinical Officer and Corporate Quality team, partnering closely with a broader team of Executive Assistants across the organization.
  • Take full command of complex, constantly evolving calendars and schedules, strategically prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ensure office operations run seamlessly by anticipating needs, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a calm, steady presence amid shifting priorities.
  • Coordinate and orchestrate meetings across multiple leaders and stakeholders, including preparing materials, securing logistics, and managing follow-up communications.
  • Support high-impact discussions by developing thoughtful committee agendas and producing clear, concise, and actionable meeting minutes.
  • Draft and refine executive-level communications, including dictations, memos, presentations, and formal correspondence with precision and professionalism.
  • Serve as a professional and discerning gatekeeper-managing calls and communications, assessing urgency, and escalating matters appropriately.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve systems, and enhance overall efficiency for the executive and service line.
  • Ask thoughtful, forward-looking questions and partner with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Seek out and recommend innovative approaches to elevate processes, communication, and collaboration.
  • Embrace ongoing learning by actively pursuing new skills, knowledge, and development opportunities.
  • Take ownership of professional growth with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Skills:
    • Must be able to problem-solve and perform job duties under pressure in a fast-paced office environment
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Able to manage many work streams simultaneously
    • Ability to operate general office equipment (i.e. photocopier, fax machine
    • Ability to act independently, have good judgment, and work with minimal supervision, as well as having the willingness to accept challenging projects
    • Must proactively seek out sources for instruction and complete projects appropriately and in a timely fashion
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner.
    • Must demonstrate excellent customer relations skills
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of related administrative support, required
    • Project management experience, preferred;
    • At least 1 year at the Executive Administrative Assistant level in a healthcare environment, preferably supporting multiple C-suite executives simultaneously
