Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a mission-driven, highly regulated healthcare manufacturing organization to identify a Director of Operations to provide strong onsite leadership during a critical phase of growth and transformation. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for operational performance across quality-driven, patient-critical manufacturing environments. The opportunity is ideal for a leader who thrives in complexity, brings clarity to ambiguity, and knows how to align teams around accountability and execution. The role is currently structured as a temporary engagement, with openness to contract-only, fractional, late-career, or contract-to-permanent arrangements based on mutual fit and interest. Scope & Leadership Impact Facility headcount: ~148 employees Direct reports: ~4-6 functional leaders Indirect / dotted-line accountability: Quality Regulatory / Compliance Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) You will be accountable for cross-functional operational outcomes, even where reporting lines are indirect.
