Shift: Full-time | Potential for Rotating Shifts | 6 AM - 2 PM OR 2 PM - 10 PM | May - August (OT is dependent on production needs)

The Basics: Good old-fashioned hustle.

Shop-Floor Smarts: Exposure to blueprint reading, mechanical ability, and able to operate impacts, drills, and other power tools. Able to read a tape measure, calipers, and micrometers.

The Heavy Lifting: On your feet, moving boxes (up to 50 lbs.), keeping count.

Character: Reliable, focused, and always safety-minded.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll assist with general shop and production operations. Help with making tubes and completing basic assembly tasks. Wash parts and assist with general cleaning and organization of work areas. Provide additional support on special projects as needed. Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Perform other related duties as assigned. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
