PRIMARY FUNCTION We are seeking a Corporate Safety, Risk, and Compliance Manager to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment across our corporate offices, showrooms, distribution centers, and client-facing installation operations. The Corporate Safety, Risk, and Compliance Manager is a leadership position within our Corporate Shared Services and is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the company's safety programs, enterprise risk management practices, and regulatory compliance initiatives. This role ensures that all workplace environments-from warehouse to showroom-operate in accordance with federal, state, and local laws while aligning with company values and industry standards. Lead and support the organization in enhancing their safety performance and culture. This role will support both labor and administrative/office roles in a variety of settings. Key Responsibilities: Safety Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive health and safety program across all company locations (office, warehouse, job site, and client locations).
- Lead safety training, orientation, and ongoing education for team members, including ergonomics, PPE, equipment use, and safe driving programs.
- Conduct regular audits, site visits, and incident investigations to monitor safety compliance and mitigate hazards.
- Analyze loss data to develop strategic safety performance improvement initiatives and continuous reduction of workplace injury.
- Manage relationships with third-party installation and logistics partners to ensure safety compliance in all contracted services.
- Oversee OSHA reporting, inspections, injury logs, and regulatory documentation.
Risk Management
- Conduct organization risk assessments and develop control systems and contingency plans to improve or mitigate loss experience.
- Develop and manage an enterprise risk management (ERM) framework addressing operational, financial, reputational, and safety risks.
- Collaborate with leadership and insurance partners on risk assessments, claims, and liability mitigation.
- Maintain insurance compliance documentation and liaise with brokers and underwriters as needed.
Incident Management and Reporting
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all workplace incidents, injuries, and claims.
- Conduct prompt and thorough accident and near-miss investigations.
- Coordinate with HR and workers' compensation carriers and maintain detailed claim documentation.
- Work directly with OSHA inspectors and respond to regulatory inquiries.
Regulatory & Policy Compliance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOT, ADA, EPA, etc.).
- Lead internal audits and facilitate third-party audits and inspections.
- Develop and maintain policies related to ethical conduct, workplace safety, data privacy, and corporate governance.
- Maintain and update internal compliance databases and documentation.
Corporate Initiatives & Culture
- Act as the subject matter expert for safety and compliance during facility changes, new office openings, or showroom renovations.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment with internal policies and culture.
- Serve as the compliance liaison during customer RFPs and vendor qualification processes.
- Promote a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous improvement across all departments.

Desired Job Requirements
- *Experience/knowledge of fleet management*
- Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Risk Management, related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a safety, compliance, or risk management role; experience in commercial interiors, furnishings, logistics, or construction is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, OSHA 30, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
- Proven knowledge of OSHA standards, DOT regulations, and environmental health & safety compliance.
- Experience with incident management and compliance software is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Various work environment with travel to company offices, distribution centers, and customer job sites (~10-20%).
- Must be comfortable conducting facility walkthroughs and site inspections.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally in warehouse or installation environments.
