EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 2-4 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's degree preferred Strong storytelling skills using data, research, and analysis Ability to present industry and category information in a way that builds rapport, persuades others, and clearly explains the business issue at hand Broad general knowledge of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, slicers, and formulas to automate and enhance reports; Tableau experience is a plus Experience with JDA space planning software is a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Self-starter; detail-oriented, highly organized, able to multitask, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Understands the importance of accuracy, timeliness, and responding with a sense of urgency when necessary Enjoys working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving role Strong customer service orientation and experience working directly with retailers Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from field staff to executive management Travel 10-20% Permanent Benefits eligible
