Job Description What is the opportunity? Do you enjoy building relationships, have a customer focused mindset and experience building financial solutions for your clients? Do you want to be a member of a highly productive, industry leading team of Treasury Management professionals? As a VP of Sales with RBC Clear, you will help grow a new business within an established top tier financial institution by cultivating new cash management relationships across our Capital Markets clients - focused on the Technology segment.You will leverage your deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute an industry focused sales strategywhiledeveloping partnerships with Client Relationship Mangers, Investment Bankers, Account Management, Product and Operations teams.This role will have a strong focus on developing cash management relationships across the Technology industry. An in-depth understanding of the treasury and cash management needs of companies in this market segment is critical. What will you do?

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $150,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
