As a Sales Advisor with Completions and Wellbore Intervention, you'll demonstrate leadership with communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others.

As a Senior Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Being a Team Lead for Permian Completions & Well Intervention Sales Team based in Midland, TX.

  • Be within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects

  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.

  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.

  • Understanding customer requirements and competitor approaches to improve your sales strategies

  • Handling important clients for a product line.

  • Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions. Department is involved in medium-sized sales.

  • Handling country or Large Territory.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales.

  • Have strong oral & written communication skills and strong interpersonal & leadership skills.

  • Must demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Must demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

  • Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Show established project management skills.
