We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I in our apprenticeship program to ensure the daily, safe, efficient, and effective operations of all plant equipment and machinery in accordance with established policies and procedures. This apprenticeship will be a mix of on-the-job training and classroom instruction. This multi-craft apprenticeship will be learning routine/preventive maintenance, as well as to troubleshoot, diagnose, test, and repair mechanical, electronic, and electrical industrial equipment for a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have a continuous improvement mindset while achieving the overall objectives of the apprenticeship.
