Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will develop and manage complex financial models supporting new and existing business with both OEM and aftermarket customers. Provide tactical, day-to-day pricing support for Braking Systems Division. Support Program Management by monitoring and reporting program health status. Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Program Management, Contracts, and Pricing to drive growth, achieve KPIs, and support profitable deals and long-term agreements.

Essential Functions

Commercial Finance Business Partnering

  • Support bid/quote reviews: model pricing, discounts, escalation indices, surcharges, and terms (payment, warranty, liquidated damages).

  • Provide decision support to Sales and Program teams on volumes, mix, and profitability; codify approval thresholds and assumptions.

Pricing, Contracts, and Price Realization

  • Provide tactical pricing support for day to day quoting of non-catalog parts.

  • Govern price lists, catalog updates; partner with Pricing/Contracts on compliance and renewals.

Program Management Support

  • Partner with Program Management to develop cadence for reporting on program health.

  • Support with timely updates to financial models allowing key stakeholders to make real-time strategic decisions.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously assess and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and analytical capabilities.

  • Champion initiatives that automate and optimize financial processes, reducing manual effort and increasing time for strategic analysis.

  • Foster collaboration and learning between finance and other departments to refine cross-functional processes, ensuring more integrated and efficient operations across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus

  • 5+ years in FP&A or Commercial Finance; experience in aerospace/defense or complex manufacturing preferred

  • Demonstrated ownership of financial modeling, pricing, and commercial deal support; OEM and Aftermarket exposure preferred

  • Familiarity with LTAs, escalation/indexation, and program economics

  • Advanced Excel modeling; Power BI; ERP (SAP); CRM (Salesforce)

  • Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data storytelling; ability to influence cross-functional leaders

  • Executive communication, stakeholder management, structured problem solving, bias for action, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Price realization vs target; discount/margin leakage reduction

  • Stakeholder satisfaction and cycle-time improvements.

  • Minimal to no travel
