Role Overview:

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a team-first attitude every day? If you're comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs, and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks-we want to hear from you!

As a Warehouse Representative, you'll assist with all aspects of warehouse and plant operations-from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and general upkeep. You'll be a key contributor to the success of our team, serving both internal and external customers with professionalism and accuracy.

A Sample of What You'll Do in This Role:

  • Receive, store, and ship inventory items while maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment (certification provided).
  • Pull customer orders for delivery or pickup and complete all related paperwork.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support general housekeeping duties.
  • Assist with container filling using weights and measures.
  • Attend training sessions and safety meetings as required.
  • Follow all company safety policies, including the use of PPE.
  • Immediately report product spills, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues.
  • All other duties as assigned

What You Bring to The Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs repeatedly and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime during busy seasons.
  • Basic understanding of weights, measures, and inventory tracking (training provided).
  • A valid driver's license
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Prior experience in agricultural operations is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The base compensation for this position ranges from $15.43-$20.56 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
