Roll Off Garbage Truck Driver

We are seeking safetyconscious Roll-Off Drivers to join our Altamonte Springs (Orlando) operation. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and want a long-term, reliable driving career-you'll fit right in.

• Safely operate a Roll-Off Truck on assigned routes to collect solid waste
  (Waste experience preferred but not required)
• Read and follow route sheets or dispatcher instructions
• Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections-fluids, tires, safety equipment
• Handle physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading without helpers
• Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift, load, and dump containers
• Provide courteous customer service throughout your route
• Perform other assigned duties to support the team

• Monday-Friday
• Occasional Saturday as needed
• Typical 50-55 hour work week

This is a hands-on, physical role involving:

• Heavy lifting (50+ lbs), pushing, pulling, and frequent movement
• Exposure to weather-heat, rain, humidity
• Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibrations
• Moderate noise levels

You'll be trained to follow safety protocols and work confidently in these conditions.

• Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar duties
• Basic knowledge of truck components for completing inspections
• Strong safety mindset and reliability
