Service Dispatcher - Houston, TX

dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Houston, TX. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for the efficient completion of service orders within an assigned area, while ensuring customer needs are met or exceeded.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $22 - $28 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Field and route incoming calls
• Enter service call orders into the service tracking system
• Prioritize and dispatch service calls to Service Technicians, selecting the best available technician to complete the job
• Follow up to ensure all aspects of the service process are completed thoroughly and accurately
• Provide timely and proper communication with the customer

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in a customer service role

• 1+ years' experience in a dispatcher role
