Operations Analyst Lawnside, NJ Pay : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour 26-01245 Job Summary The Operations Analyst supports the LSLR Project by researching and updating service records to identify and resolve unknown data by the 2027 deadline. This role involves creating work orders, performing investigative field and records work, updating tracking spreadsheets, and interacting directly with customers. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Research and update service records related to the LSLR Project Identify, track, and resolve unknown service line data by established deadlines Create and manage work orders based on investigation findings Perform investigative work using internal systems, records, and field verification as needed Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and project tracking tools Conduct customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person communication Participate in map review calls and coordinate findings with internal teams Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook Customer service experience and professionalism in customer-facing interactions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Required Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license #ZR
