Eligibility for individual benefit plans may vary based on employment status. The HR Operations Specialist - Payroll position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and supporting compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will handle pre-payroll audits, timecard validation, and support complex multi-state and multi-shift pay processes while maintaining data integrity and compliance. This position supports our US East sites is a hybrid role with occasional on-site presence at our facilities in any of the following locations: Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Tampa, FL; Newnan, GA; Windsor, CT; or Orangeburg, NY.
