The HR Operations Specialist - Learning and Development position plays a key role in supporting the administration of learning and development programs across the organization. You will be the operational force behind our employee development programs. As a Learning Operations Specialist, you are responsible for managing course setup, LMS administration, and performance review cycles that strengthen our people's growth journey.


Key Responsibilities



  • Administer Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data entry, course assignments, and reporting.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Generate and analyze L&D metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage scheduling, communications, and participant tracking for L&D events.
  • Manage the operational aspects of the annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
  • Monitor completion rates and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - by ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficient processing of HR transactions.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding training resources and career development tools.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably with a focus on learning and development.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills



  • Familiarity with SCORM/AICC course management.
  • Project management experience.
