Job Overview: The Director, Epilepsy Business Operations serves as the primary operational partner to the President, Global Epilepsy, overseeing business priorities, executive project management, and boardlevel presentation development. This highly visible, individualcontributor role also manages the President's annual operating calendar and leadership meeting cadence, requiring exceptional executive presence and the ability to independently and proactively collaborate with the senior leadership team (SLT) and executive leadership team (ELT). Success in this position demands strong technical and business communication skills, as the role collaborates closely with functional leaders across Commercial Sales, Commercial Operations, Global Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, HEMAR, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, and other key partners. Proven experience in Neuromodulation is preferred. Reporting directly to the President, Global Epilepsy, the Director must demonstrate exceptional project leadership, emotional intelligence, and situational awareness, with the capability to support the President's leadership team forums, external conferences, and advisory boards as needed. PREFERRED LOCATION OF CANDIDATE US Eastern or Central Time Zones Responsibilities: Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required * 10+ years of experience working with senior leaders in project management or other chief of staff type positions -ideally Director level roles in the medical or medical device space-with a standout track record of leading and delivering high-profile, high-stakes initiatives. * Proven ability to influence and energize cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with precision and momentum. * Dynamic facilitator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to drive clarity, alignment, and action in every setting. * Powerful executive presence, with the confidence and credibility to engage and influence C-suite and senior-level stakeholders. * Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution that accelerates enterprise outcomes. * Highly organized, agile, and skilled at orchestrating multiple strategic workstreams in fast-moving environments. * Brings a caring, empathetic, and solution-driven leadership style that strengthens culture and elevates team performance. * Demonstrated dedication to LivaNova's mission, vision, strategic and human imperatives, with a passion for advancing the Epilepsy business. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position may require occasional business travel 30% or more of the time (Houston, NYC, or London).
