The Challenge Apply deep data engineering expertise to build and scale the next phase of Adobe's personalization platform. As a Lead Data Engineer on the AUP team, this role helps define and deliver the data platform strategy supporting large-scale personalization, experimentation, and data science initiatives across Adobe. This position owns and evolves enterprise-grade, cloud-native data and analytics platforms operating at significant scale and complexity, requiring strong architectural judgment and long-term thinking. The role collaborates closely with product, data science, ML, and infrastructure teams to solve ambiguous problems, influence technical direction, and build systems that meet Adobe's scale and quality standards. In California, the pay range for this position is $163,200 - $236,400 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
