As a Principal Solutions Marketing Manager for Creative Professionals, you'll play a highly strategic yet handson role at the intersection of product innovation, customer needs, and market storytelling. You'll craft clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate the transformative business impact within our creative ecosystem and help customers understand how our solutions elevate creativity at scale.

What You'll Do
  • Craft Compelling Solution Narratives: Partner with PMMs and cross-functional collaborators to build clear, compelling, and differentiated solution narratives rooted in real customer problems and business outcomes.

  • Develop Sales-Ready GTM Content: Build crisp, actionable sales collateral-including solution messaging, customer facing decks, solution demonstrations, value frameworks-that show sellers how to position, articulate, and land solution value.

  • Be the Creative Practitioner Voice: Bring hands-on expertise with Adobe's suite of creative applications, with a deep understanding of end-to-end creative operations to ground solution stories in authenticity and credibility.

  • Align Across the GTM Engine: Collaborate with sales leaders, field enablement, marketing, and PMMs to ensure consistency and repeatability in our GTM motions.

  • Champion Customer Outcomes: Work closely with presales, customer success, and account teams to identify lighthouse customers, develop reference stories, and demonstrate practical impact through real workflows and results.

  • Influence Product Direction: Advocate for new capabilities, integrations, and roadmap investments that unlock deeper solution potential.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing creative workflow solutions, or a comparable field within SaaS, digital media, or creative technology.

  • Proven ability to build solution narratives, GTM messaging, and customer-facing collateral in a complex product ecosystem.

  • Deep hands-on experience with Adobe solutions for digital content creation (e.g., Creative Cloud, Firefly, Frame.io, 3D/Immersive).

  • Practitioner background in content production, creative operations, or related creative disciplines-able to speak the language of creative teams.

  • Strong understanding of AI's role in modern creative workflows and its emerging business value.

  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical innovation into business value.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering with sales, enablement, product and marketing.

  • Prior experience supporting enterprise sales with complex B2B solution sales motions.

  • BA/BS Degree preferred OR 10+ years of marketing experience OR equivalent practical experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $151,800 -- $257,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $177,600 - $257,100

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
