A Day in the Life

The Learning Relationship Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the learning and development needs of a Service Line. They work with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, define the business and learning objectives of the learning experience, design, coordinate the delivery and document the results of these learning courses/programs/paths and events. This role drives efforts to enhance the skills and knowledge of internal professionals, ensuring that learning initiatives align with industry standards and Firm goals.

A typical day as a Leadership Development Senior Manager might include the following:

  • Acts as liaison between Learning & Development and designated Service Line, assessing needs of staff in the Firm based on Service Line and industry goals.
  • Designs and deliver learning throughout the Firm using a variety of learning formats and tools (e.g., virtual or physical instructor-led programs, self-study, blended learning, video, gamification).
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to design impactful learning experiences aligned to the firm competency model, supporting participant engagement, application, proficiency, and performance through measurement and ongoing support."
  • Partners with Learning Operations team and Events team to coordinate and deliver technical training to acquisition staff.
  • Communicates to Firm Leadership relevant outcomes of programming.
  • Communicates the learning and business outcomes of programs/courses/classes to invited/enrolled participants.
  • Builds relationships proactively with stakeholders throughout the Firm
  • Designs and develops learning tools and materials that support participant growth.
  • Facilitates sessions at Firm sponsored learning events, delivering technical learning sessions as needed.
  • Applies principles of adult learning when serving staff and Partners.
  • Manages learning content development through effective collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Facilitates other learning related projects as requested.
  • Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
  • Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

Who You Are

  • You have Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education or a related field required.

  • You have a 10+ years of experience with various aspects of communication, adult learning, facilitation of processes, coordination of events and course development preferred. Knowledge and experience in professional services preferred.

  • You have specialized knowledge of needs assessment and course design and development.
  • You have Exceptional project management skills including problem solving, the ability to influence others and the desire to work on a team.
  • You have technical writing skills for developing course content according to Firm standards.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • You proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Power BI/Power Automate).

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation

$125,000-$175,000

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
