Assembler *Shift: 1st, (5:30am-2pm)* Pay: $18-$20/hr (Based on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembler to join our high-mix, low-volume plastics manufacturing team. This role involves assembling custom plastic parts and subassemblies using hand tools while meeting quality and safety standards. Job Description: Assemble plastic parts and subassemblies using hand tools, fasteners, and adhesives Perform drilling, tapping, deburring, bonding, and fitting as required Assemble carts and assist with warehouse organization Follow work instructions, travelers, and drawings Inspect parts for quality and report defects Maintain accurate production records Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Adapt to frequent job changes and short production runs
