Job Description

We are currently hiring an Early Career Talent Co-op in Boston, MA. This is a 6-month co-op, running from July 2026 - December 2026.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment and program management for our Early Career Talent initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campus recruiting, candidate engagement, and program operations within a dynamic Consumer Package Goods (CPG) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support



  • Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Intern, Co-op and Campus Ambassador candidates.
  • Coordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions.
  • Maintain candidate data and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS).


Program Management



  • Help plan and execute onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities for interns and co-ops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for early talent participants.
  • Monitor program metrics and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with communications, newsletters, and event logistics.


Admin & Project Work



  • Work on reports, presentations, and documentation related to recruitment and program operations.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.



Qualifications



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Passion for talent development and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
