Position Title: Finishing Grinder
Wage: $17.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am-1:30pm QPS Employment Group has immediate openings for experienced Grinders/Finishers. This is a temporary 1st shift position at a very busy Machesney Park company. Finishing Grinder Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform basic grinding of MIG welds on units to meet quality standards. - Inspect welded components for consistency and finish quality. - Operate safety equipment and follow safety protocols at all times. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area. - Use appropriate hand tools and grinding equipment safely and effectively. - Assist with other finishing or assembly tasks as needed.
