About the role:

As an Ethics and Compliance Intern, you will work with experienced professionals across multiple risk areas, you'll gain realworld, and highimpact exposure. You will have mentorship from experts across Ethics, Compliance, and Legal. Opportunities to explore crossfunctional areas such as investigations, privacy, anticorruption, international business, and more; a collaborative, inclusive team culture where your ideas matter.

You will report to the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Risk Assessments - help map global risks that shape our strategy
  • Compliance Training Initiatives - support training content and campaign rollouts
  • Global Compliance Ambassador Program - contribute to engagement across regions
  • Anti Bribery & Corruption Program - experience how global companies prevent misconduct
  • High Risk Third-party Program - support due diligence on intermediaries
  • Conflicts of Interest reviews - help analyze and improve COI visibility
  • Internal investigations support - including data analytics and research
  • Legal and industry research, benchmarking, and preparing presentations for different audiences



Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in JD/LLM, MBA, MPIA, or MA (in business, accounting, law, forensic studies, or compliance)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Completed Sophomore year of college
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Work well on crossfunctional teams



We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $27.50 to $32.00 per hour.
