LPN Nurse Manager-Rehab Full-time, Day shift Up to $15,000-Sign On Bonus for Eligible Candidates On-the-Job Leadership Training The LPN Nurse Manager oversees daily clinical operations within the Rehab unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for residents. This role provides leadership to nursing staff, coordinates care plans, monitors clinical outcomes, and supports compliance with state and federal regulations. The LPN Nurse Manager collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams, mentors staff, and promotes a safe, supportive, and efficient environment focused on rehabilitation and resident well-being. Previous experience working in a skilled nursing a plus! Certification in BLS CPR, or willingness to learn At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role At least 2 years of experience in long-term care Knowledge of HFS132 regulations Ability to stand or move around The Health Care Center throughout most of shift Mobility to respond quickly to emergency situations in various areas of the campus Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to exercise sound judgment and maturity when managing staff and interacting with residents
